Apprenticeship - Support Technician

Job Summary

As a Support Technician, you will support the Business park infrastructure and its applications as well as internet and phone networks of our clients.


  • Responding to support tickets submitted by our clients
  • Updating support tickets and keeping the client informed of progress
  • Setting up internet and phone for new users
  • Keep billing staff updated regarding network information for our clients
  • Application and infrastructure support for our clients within the business park


  • A desire for solving problems
  • Understanding of networking in business is a plus, but not required
  • Oral and written communication skills for speaking to people with IT problems
  • Curiosity and desire to learn more – not afraid to ask questions
  • General IT know how of end user devices PC’s, laptops, tablets and printers


  • Experience with any form of problem solving is desirable, but not required
  • Knowledge of PC and network troubleshooting techniques is desirable
  • Confidence when speaking to end users and able to explain technical issues I laymen terms
