Telemarketing Account Manager

Job Summary

As a Telemarketing Account Manager, you will be focused on lead generation, you will be responsible for making first contact and starting the relationship building process.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting IT professionals via phone, email and social media
  • B2B cold calling to identify business opportunities
  • Drive sales through cold calling, appointment setting
  • Writing clear reports for appointments set
  • Updating and maintaining contact database and CRM
  • Be flexible and take on the occasional administrative task
  • Work with Partner Account managers to increase pipeline
  • Attending trade shows and Partner events

Requirements:

  • Proven social networking skills
  • Aptitude for cold calling and appointment setting
  • Ability to maintain relationships with sales, technical and marketing resources
  • Understanding of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and close deals

No experience necessary but would be ideally candidate will have:

  • IT product knowledge
  • Experience with CRM and other offices applications required
  • Cold calling experience
  • A Levels or equivalent experience is desirable but a can do attitude is a must!
