B2B Telemarketer

Job Summary

As an outbound B2B Telemarketer, you will be focused on lead generation, you will be responsible for making first contact and starting the relationship building process. Booking web or face to face meetings with IT leaders for our Channel and account management teams. You will be calling out on our world beating partner solutions.

We want you to be professional, but we also want you to have fun and bring your personality to work!

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting IT professionals via phone, email, and social media.
  • B2B cold calling to identify business opportunities.
  • Drive sales through cold calling, appointment setting.
  • Assist Account managers writing clear reports for appointments set.
  • Updating and maintaining contact database and CRM.
  • Be flexible and take on the occasional administrative task.
  • Attending trade shows and Partner events.

Requirements:

  • Proven social networking skills.
  • Aptitude for cold calling and appointment setting, we expect over 120 calls to be made per day.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with internal Account managers.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT WOULD BE IDEALLY CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • IT product knowledge
  • Experience with CRM and other offices applications required
  • Cold calling experience
  • A Levels or equivalent experience is desirable, but a can-do attitude is a must!

JOB TYPE:
