Pure Accelerate has proved once again why it’s one of the standout events in the IT channel calendar.

The Ethos Technology team has just returned from Pure Storage Accelerate 2025, and we’re still buzzing from an incredible day of inspiration, innovation, and celebration. This year’s gathering brought together industry leaders, partners, and customers from across the UK&I to explore the future of data storage.
From exciting product announcements to thought-provoking sessions, the event showcased Pure Storage’s continued commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to do more with less. For us, it was also a chance to connect in person with so many of our valued customers and partners and share insights and successes that keep this community thriving.
We’re absolutely thrilled (and more than a little proud!) to share that Ethos Technology was named “Distributor of the Year” for the third year running. This award is a huge honour and a fantastic reflection of the partnerships, collaboration, and trust we’ve built across the channel. It recognises not just the hard work of our team, but also the incredible support of our partners and customers, who inspire us every single day to raise the bar.
But the celebrations didn’t stop there! Our very own Gi Pughe was also recognised as Marketing Person of the Year - a well-deserved accolade. Huge congratulations, Gi - thoroughly deserved!
Winning these awards means so much more than trophies on a shelf. They symbolise the strength of the relationships that power our business, relationships built on transparency, trust, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence.

Jason Fox’s closing keynote left a lasting impression, inspiring everyone in the room with a reminder thar adaptability and courage are at the heart of progress - values that resonate deeply with how we approach partnerships at Ethos. And, of course, Pure Storage knows how to end an event in style. The evening entertainment came courtesy of a fantastic Oasis tribute act, which had everyone singing along and celebrating together. It was the perfect way to round off a day of collaboration and connection.
As we headed home from Accelerate 2025, we were left feeling energised, inspired, and grateful. Events like this remind us why we do what we do and remind us how grateful we are to work with brilliant people. A huge thank you to Pure Storage for hosting such a first-class event, and to our customers and partners for your continued support. These achievements are every bit yours as they are ours.
